Can all members take time to familiarise yourselves with these and with the LTA code of conduct.

If you are a parent/guardian of junior members at the club, please review the policy and complete the consent form attached which will be valid for the duration of their membership.

For example, this is required if you wish your child to go down to the club unsupervised if they are 13 or older/ Or play a match without parent or guardian supervision.

Please mail consent form to [email protected] / [email protected] or hand in to Anna or Kerry or match captain pre match if appropriate.

Copies of the safeguarding documentation are also in the Club House.
