Social nights are the heart of many tennis clubs and here at Banbury West End it's no different. They provide opportunities to meet new people, test your skills against others but all within a relaxed environment with the knowledge there's a glass of your favourite tipple ready and waiting when you finish.
We have social nights that run throughout the year as well as some informal groups that get together on a regular basis.

Summer Tennis Social Nights – April to October- CHANGE DATE IS APRIL 15th

All abilities and all welcome, Wednesday from 6pm and Sunday from 10am – come along, join in and enjoy…..
New to tennis/ focus on beginners/ improvers, Thursday from 6pm.
During the Summer holidays we also run Junior Social tennis for 11+.
Winter Tennis Social – October to April 14th (starting 17th October)
Just turn up and play – cost £3.00 (to cover floodlights)
Winter Tennis Social change for the remainder of the winter sessions: Wednesday from 6pm and Sunday from 10am are set aside for everyone, new and existing members, to join in at social tennis. Come along and meet your fellow club members, enjoy a drink after play, and relax in our comfortable bar.
Senior week day play:
There are a number of retired members who have arranged fixed 4’s during the week and these are very popular at off peak playing times – new members are always welcome to join in at these times.

Tennis Singles Ladder
If you want to join either the Ladies or Men's Singles ladder, please contact Anna Haynes on 07817847843. All players welcome!
- Players can challenge each other up to 2 places above them.
- You will be added to the WhatsApp group
- The group will be used to send a weekly update of the current ladder (This will also be available in the club house) so people know who they can challenge.
- Format - 2 sets and a championship tiebreak.
