BWE ladies suffered a 2-7 defeat to Thame in a really enjoyable match. Karen Brooker and Andi Padbury at 1st pair just lost to the Thames 1st pair in a close 3 setter 6-3, 5-7, 0-1 (championship tie-break) and halved with the 2nd pair 6-4, 4-6. Jenny Tucker and Thea Ingram at 2nd pair lost

BWE C had a brilliant 8-1 victory over Tysoe A. The West End men, Pete Vance, Paul Fuller and Adam Busby won 6-5, 7-4 and 9-2. The ladies Kathy Gordon, Melissa Zuydam and Chrissie Rose won 6-5, 9-2 and 6-5. First mixed was lost 2-9 but 2nd mixed won 8-3 and 3rd mixed 7-4

BWE were well beaten 2-6 by a strong KB mixed team. Richard Prew and Jacqui Skevington at 1st pair lost 2-6, 1-6 to the KB 1st pair but beat the 2nd pair 6-4, 6-3. Jack Harper and Andi Padbury at 2nd pair had a bad afternoon. They lost 1-6, 0-6 to the KB 1st pair

BWE B had a convincing 8-1 victory over Hook Norton C. The West End men, Richard Prew, Stuart Madle and Pete Vance won 6-5, 6-5 and 8-3. Tallis Annersley, Andi Padbury and Sue Jelfs won 8-3, and 8-3 but Andi and Susie lost 3-8. The mixed all went to BWE 9-2, 7-4 and 6-5.

BWE Men had a good 4-4 draw with Colston. Sean Pettitt and Tom Mourre at 1st pair lost to  the Colston 1st pair 6-7, 4-6 but beat the 2nd pair 6-1, 6-1. Bertie Fawcett-Shapland and Tyler Pettitt at 2nd pair also lost to the Colston 1st pair 3-6, 4-6 and beat the 2nd pair 6-0,

BWE Ladies were well beaten 0-8 by a strong David Lloyd team in rather wintry conditions. Claire Oldfield and Jacqui Skevington at 1st pair lost 3-6, 2-6 to the DL 1st pair and 3-6, 4-6 to the 2nd pair. Karen Brooker and Andi Padbury at 2nd pair lost 3-6, 5-7 to the DL 1st pair
