BWE A Floodlight team had a really good 6-2 victory over Hook Norton A. The West End ladies Katherine Davenport and Anna Haynes halved 6-2, 1-6 and the men Tom Mourre and Paul Barnes also halved. There scores were 6-4, 4-6. Tom and Katherine at 1st mixed won easily with scores of 6-1, 6-1 but Paul and Anna had a bit more of a battle. They won the 1st set 6-3 but then found themselves 1-5 down in the 2nd set. They battled heroically and eventually won 7-6. Brilliant !!
