BWE B had an excellent 7-2 victory over Banbury B. This result was helped by the fact that one of the Banbury men had to withdraw after the 1st round due to injury. The West End men Richard Prew, Patrick Dickins and Doug Scott won 9-2, 11-0 and 11-0. The ladies Tallis Annersley, Stephie Lea and Jeannie Henson won 7-4 and 8-3 but Stephie and Jeannie lost 3-8. Mixed results were 8-3, 8-3 and 4-7
