BWE Ladies just lost 3-5 to Abingdon in very sunny and difficult conditions. Karen Brooker and Andi Padbury at 1st pair beat the Abingdon 1st pair 6-3, 6-2 but halved against the 2nd pair 6-1, 2-6. Claire Oldfield and Jenny Tucker at 2nd pair lost 3-6, 2-6 to the Abingdon 1st pair and 5-7, 0-6 to the 2nd pair
