BWE ladies suffered a 1-7 loss to a strong Oxford City team. Karen Brooker and Andi Padbury at 1st pair lost 3-6, 2-6 to the OC 1st pair but halved 6-2, 4-6 with the 2nd pair. Jenny Tucker and Claire Oldfield at 2nd pair struggled in this match. They lost 0-6, 0-6 to the OC 1st pair and 1-6, 0-6 to the 2nd pair
