BWE Men went down 3-5 to Thame C in their first match of the summer season. Paul Barnes and Bertie Fawcett Shapland at 1st pair lost 0-6, 5-7 to the Thame 1st pair but halved against the 2nd pair 6-1, 4-6. Robert Saddon and Miles Harley at 2nd pair lost 2-6, 3-6 to the Thame 1st pair but beat the 2nd pair 6-3, 7-5
